The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority, the state agency charged with oversight of maritime facilities and the retention of and expansion of international shipping activities in the City Philadelphia, has awarded a contract to Urban to provide as-needed engineering services. The Authority leases shipping terminals and warehouses. Work may include problem investigation, facility design, construction documentation, maintenance engineering, management administration, and project inspection services.
