The Philadelphia Section of The American Society of Civil Engineers has named Urban's Executive Vice President, Joseph P. McAtee, PE as Philadelphia Civil Engineer of the Year. Mr. McAtee was honored for his significant contributions to the engineering profession at the organization's Annual Spring Social-Awards Dinner Dance on May 4, 2001.
