New Vice-Presidents Announced

Edward M. D'Alba, PE, President of Urban Engineers, Inc., announced five key Urban staff promotions to the rank of vice president. The five were:

James D. Allsman, Director of Marketing
David R. Benner, PE, Senior Project Manager - Airports
Thomas F. Kerins, Senior Project Manager - Construction Mgmt.
Samir D.Mody, PE, Director - New Jersey Office
Michael P. Wetzel, PE, Chief Bridge Engineer

In making the announcement, Mr. D'Alba stated that "These five individuals have distinguished themselves in their work at Urban through their leadership, client relations, and example. They are consummate professionals who have earned the right to represent Urban as vice presidents."
