Urban named No. 5 on Best Places to Work in PA list. . . . . . . . .			For the third straight year, Urban Engineers, Inc. has been named to the list of Best Places to Work in PA. In the 2003 listing, Urban has climbed to No. 5 among large companies throughout Pennsylvania. The Best Places to Work in PA program is a public/private partnership of the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, Team Pennsylvania Foundation, Kuntz Lesher LLP, Central Penn Business Journal, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry. The survey and award program was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Pennsylvania benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses. A scientific survey was sent to the employers and employees to collect data to rank the companies. The winners were chosen by the Great Place to Work Institute using the same formula as the Fortune "100 Best Companies to Work for in America."
