The Crossroads Redevelopment Area is a 65-acre, $60+ million redevelopment project that will include retail, hotels, restaurants, a field house, track and field facilities, an aquatic center, and a 6,500 seat arena to house a minor league hockey team. The area is bounded by Routes 130, 73, and 90 and traversed by Haddonfield Road, Commerce and Pennsauken Highways.

Urban will assess viable alternatives to achieve the project objectives and will develop a work program to help guide short-term and long-term transportation infrastructure improvements for the Crossroads Development Area.
