CONGRATULATIONS to SEPTA for the excellent service they maintained during the recent turmoil while the Frankford El was reconstructed.

Planning was superb; everything was well thought out and publicized to insure a minimum of inconvenience for their passengers while they accomplished this Herculean task.

Every person involved at all levels was courteous and helpful, despite the long and tedious hours worked. It was a colossal accomplishment and everyone who had any role in its successful completion deserves a hearty thanks from the riding public for a job well done.
