Urban's Joseph P. McAtee, PE, Executive Vice President has been elected Chairman of the Construction Manager Certification Institute. Mr. McAtee will lead CMCI's Board of Governors in the determination of the individual status of professional construction managers. The CMCI Board of Governors oversees the CM certification program and reviews candidate applications.
