For District 5-0 (comprising the counties of Berks, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill), Urban won a five-year open-end environmental assignment. Under this contract, Urban will respond to a variety of potential engineering, environmental, and stockpile design issues may arise including maintenance yard improvements, utility relocations, right-of-way plans, drainage design, and the like.

For District 6-0 (the counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia),Urban will provide the preliminary design, final design and services during construction to replace the Headquarters Road culvert over the Delaware Canal, the Headquarters Road Bridge over Tinicum Creek, and the Churchville Road Bridge over Mill Creek in Bucks County.
