The Cape May County New Jersey Department of Public Works has awarded Urban Engineers, Inc. a contract to study how to ease summer seasonal traffic congestion and develop improved connections to Woodbine-Ocean View Road (Route 550). Urban will prepare a detailed analysis of problems, potential solutions, and recommended improvements.
