| Michael J. McAtee, PE named Young Engineer of the Year |

The Engineers Club of Philadelphia has selected Urban’s Michael J. McAtee, PE as its Young Engineer of the Year for 2004.
Candidates are evaluated on academic, occupational, professional, educational, engineering and technical achievement and must be 35 years of age or younger at the time of evaluation.
Mr. McAtee will be presented with his award as part of Delaware Valley Engineers Week, which will be celebrated February 23 through 27. The Delaware Valley Engineers Week Council coordinates the annual observance of Engineers Week, which recognizes the contributions and achievements of the region's engineers and the engineering profession.
During his eight solid years of progressive responsibility he has worked on many high profile projects. In addition to his duties as bridge engineer at Urban Engineers, Inc., Mr. McAtee serves as President of the Younger Member Forum of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has volunteered as a judge for the Future Cities Competition; participates in Habitat for Humanity, the Friends of the Wissahickon, and as a speaker to engineering students at Villanova University.
