Urban's Philly office is Best Place to Work in PA 2005

The Best Places to Work in PA 2005 winners have been announced by The Best Companies Group, a public/private partnership comprised of The Central Penn Business Journal, the Pennsylvania Department of Economic Development, the Team Pennsylvania Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry.

Urban’s Philadelphia office was ranked as one of the 50 best places to work among large companies across the Commonwealth.

According to the Best Companies Group, the program is to "identify and recognize organizations that are leading the way in defining the employee experience of the 21st century.”

Rankings were based on a scientific survey that was sent to employers and employees to collect data.

This notification is another step in Urban achieving one of its strategic goals of "Being an Outstanding Place to Work.”

Earlier this year, Urban’s Pennsauken, New Jersey office was named one of the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey.
