Lights are illuminated, carols are careening out of radios and words only used one month a year, like Kris Kringle, humbug, and grinch, have once again invaded the daily vernacular.

That’s right, the holiday season is upon us, which means it is also time to kickoff Urban Engineers’ Eighth Annual U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program Drive.

This charity effort, spearheaded by Urban’s accounting department, is an opportunity for Urban employees to donate new unwrapped toys for children who are less fortunate.

There will be donation boxes stationed throughout Urban’s headquarters from December 6th to December 22nd. Gifts will be taken to KYW’s building for distribution.

“The goal of this project is quite general,” said Clint Gumbel, Accounting’s QA Manager, Invoices and Budget. “Get more toys for the less fortunate children than the previous year.”
