David A. Huber, PE, has joined Urban Engineers, Inc. as vice president and director of engineering in the firm’s Baltimore, Maryland office. Huber, who has more than 38 years of engineering experience, has served as a project manager for the design of interstate highways, arterial and secondary roads, urban streets, bridges, airports, and rail transit projects.

A registered professional engineer in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware, and a resident of Baltimore, Maryland, Huber holds a degree in civil engineering from Gaston Technical Institute in Gastonia, North Carolina.
