Urban named one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey

Urban Engineers, Inc. has been named one of the 50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey.
The list, released by NJBIZ magazine, placed Urban at No.22 in the medium-sized category
(25 to 199 employees).

Over 350 applications were received by the Best Companies Group. Decisions were based on
a two-part evaluation process. In the first part, each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics were assessed. The second part consisted of an employee questionnaire. Employees in Urban’s Pennsauken, New Jersey office responded to this questionnaire. The Best Companies Group evaluated the data and made the selections.

The Best Places to Work in New Jersey award program was designed to identify, recognize,
and honor the best places of employment in New Jersey that benefit the state's economy, its workforce, and businesses.

Urban was recognized and honored at an awards ceremony on April 28, 2005, at the Sheraton Hotel in Iselin, New Jersey.
