Edward M. D’Alba, PE, Urban Engineers, Inc. president, has been elected vice president of the Fairmount Park Conservancy. The Conservancy is a nonprofit organization that seeks to foster an ongoing partnership between the public and private sectors to reclaim Fairmount Park as a focal point for Philadelphia's economic development and neighborhood renewal. One of the United States' largest and oldest municipally-operated park systems, Fairmount Park encompasses 9,200 acres and includes 62 neighborhood and regional parks.
