Radbill is Construction Engineer of the Year |

Urban’s Michael E. Radbill, PE, AIC, CPC is honored as the 2006 Construction Engineer of the Year by the Philadelphia Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Mike is receiving this award for his service to the profession that includes over 25 years in construction and engineering consulting.
Radbill, who joined Urban in 2005, holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University, and MS in Regional Planning from the Pennsylvania State University, and diplomas from the U.S. Army Engineer School. He is a registered professional engineer in nine states and Puerto Rico, a Certified Professional Constructor, and a member of the American Institute of Constructors.
As Vice President and Practice Leader for Urban's National Construction Consulting Practice, Mike is charged with identifying and cultivating national construction consulting opportunities throughout the United States. He is actively involved in ASCE, particularly the Construction Institute, as a member of the Claims Avoidance and Resolution Committee.
