Urban’s Controller Bernard Carolan announced that Rob McMullen has been promoted to Billing Manager.

McMullen, who most recently served as Lead Biller, has also been with Urban for more than six years.

“As Billing Manager, McMullen will be responsible for coordinating Urban's invoice process and managing the four billing specialists in our department,” Carolan said.

“McMullen has worked with Urban since 1999 and has demonstrated the ability to handle multiple responsibilities. This promotion gives him the opportunity to improve our overall level of service,” Carolan said.
