Bernard Carolan, CPA – Mr. Carolan joined Urban in 1994 and returned to Urban in 2001 after a four year absence. He will continue in his role as controller. Mr. Carolan holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from University College Galway, Ireland and a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. |

Kenneth R. Fulmer, PE – Mr. Fulmer, who joined Urban in 1992, will assume the position of deputy director of the New Jersey, Maryland, DC, New York, and Connecticut Division of the firm’s construction management group. He is a graduate of Drexel University with a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He has 18 years of diversified experience in construction management, field inspection and scheduling. |

Christopher G. Gubeno, PE – Mr. Gubeno, who joined Urban in 1993, serves as deputy practice leader for Urban’s aviation practice. He has 15 years of experience on aviation design and construction projects for airports ranging in size from general aviation to air carrier airports such as Philadelphia International and Dulles International. Mr. Gubeno is a registered professional engineer in three states and a systems science and engineering graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. |

Bruce M. Mundorf, Esq. – Mr. Mundorf, who joined Urban in 1990, serves as the firm’s general counsel. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Court of New Jersey (Limited License for In-House Counsel). Ahmad Nadeem, PE – Mr. Nadeem, who joined Urban in 2000, serves as manager of Urban’s marine engineering practice. He has 17 years of experience in the management, design and engineering of marine, bulk material handling, heavy industrial, and building projects. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania and Louisiana and a graduate of Louisiana State University with masters degrees in engineering science and civil engineering. Mr.Nadeem also holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from M.R. Engineering College in India. |

Alan Pizzi, PE – Mr. Pizzi, who joined Urban in 2004, serves as practice leader for Urban’s cost estimating practice. He has 32 years of experience with cost estimating, engineering, management, and claims resolution for construction projects. He is on the faculty of The Pennsylvania State University, where he teaches construction estimating. Mr. Pizzi is a registered professional engineer and land surveyor in Pennsylvania as well as a Certified Cost Estimator. |

Simuoli, PE – Mr. Simuoli, who joined Urban Engineers of New York in 2004, is a senior project manager for the firm’s Project Management Oversight Consultant contract with the Federal Transit Administration. He has 24 years of experience in systems engineering with qualifications in transit systems engineering, management and implementation. Mr. Simuoli holds masters’ and bachelors’ degrees in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York. |
