Radbill named ASCE Fellow


Urban's Michael E. Radbill, PE, F. ASCE, AIC, CPC has been elected a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers. This honor is bestowed on just 5% of the total ASCE membership and is indicative of the highest level of professional achievement that a member can attain.

Radbill, who joined Urban in 2005, has over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering consulting professions. He also served as an officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for 28 years (Active and Reserves). His areas of expertise include construction management and inspection, critical path method scheduling, cost analysis, training, construction claims avoidance and analysis, arbitration, expert testimony, partnering facilitation, and drafting contracts and specifications.

A registered professional engineer in ten states and Puerto Rico, Radbill is certified as an advanced metric specialist by the U.S. Metric Association, a certified construction documents technologist by the Construction Specifications Institute, and a certified professional constructor by the American Institute of Constructors. Radbill is also on the Panel of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association and has served as an arbitrator on both large complex and fast track cases.
