James A. Bilella, P.E. named Director of Building Systems for Marvin Waxman Consulting Engineers

James A. Bilella, P.E. has been named Director of Building Systems and will manage the daily operations of Marvin Waxman Consulting Engineers, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Philadelphia-based Urban Engineers.

Bilella, who joined Urban in June 1994, earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering at Drexel University. He is a professional engineer in Pennsylvania and is Lighting Certified by the National Council on Qualifications for Lighting Professionals. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America.
