Krempa Named ASCE Fellow

Urban's Curt R. Krempa PE, has been elected a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers. This honor is bestowed on just 6% of the total ASCE membership, and is reserved for those who have made significant contributions to the civil engineering profession.

Krempa, who joined Urban Engineers of New York in 1987, has almost 30 years of experience in all aspects of civil and structural engineering. He has been responsible for the design of civil engineering works such as transportation facilities, highways, storm drainage systems, and water supply systems. His structural engineering experience ranges from bridges to industrial platforms to domed stadiums and tall buildings.

A registered professional engineer in New York and Pennsylvania, Krempa holds a bachelors degree in civil engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
