Pielli to Manage Baltimore Office

Vincent Pielli, PE, has been appointed Vice President and Director of Operations in Maryland. Pielli will provide leadership and personnel management. In addition, he will oversee execution of the branch’s transportation engineering services.

Pielli, with 27 years of experience in engineering management and technical support, holds a professional master of engineering (ENPM) from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University. He was formerly the Manager of Highways and Bridges at another engineering firm.

He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Council of Engineering Companies, and the American Society of Highway Engineers. For the latter, he previously served as President of the Chesapeake Section.
