Urban's Leadership Circle Selected

Beginning in 2005, Urban’s Leadership Circle was established to provide opportunities for our emerging leaders to lead initiatives that are important to the individual and Urban. The following outlines 2008 initiatives and the leaders that will assist Urban with Formulating Excellence as we move into the future:

Jessa Ellenburg plans to do a variety of activities with youth to expose them to the role engineers play in society and encourage engineering as a potential career path.

Helene Brennan's project is to improve Urban’s “Green" awareness and culture by reducing the use of disposable resources and energy.

John DiValentino will lead a project to develop standard template documents, logs and a default filing system that will embrace uniformity, reduce risk and liability and continually deliver a consistently high-quality product.

Avi Lebovic's efforts will involve utilizing local planning organizations to identify, develop and implement marketing strategies. Robert Morrison’s project aims, "To create a process to actively identify/solve Philadelphia Highway problems and to meet a continuous quality improvement initiative.”

Edwin Williamson’s goal is to improve access to available marketing information.
