Candidate will design traffic signal and interconnect, perform traffic analysis, traffic simulation, and conduct report preparation. Candidate will also provide senior level support to other traffic engineers. Candidate must have Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. A PE is also required. Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in signal and interconnect design in Pennsylvania. Experience must include preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates. Other traffic engineering experience, such as signing and pavement marking plans, traffic impact studies, and accident analysis is desired. Good verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, HCS, and Synchro.
