Responsibilities: Highway design, including horizontal and vertical alignment, drainage design, erosion and sedimentation control, etc. Preparation of highway construction documents, including plans and specifications and cost estimates. Must have Bachelor’s of Science in Civil Engineering. EIT certification is preferred. Knowledge of MicroStation preferred. Entry level to 10 years of experience.
