Selected candidate will manage a $4 million building site with a staff of 2 inspectors; will be responsible for time, cost and quality controls, project documentation, change order administration and client interface. Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience preferred in position of increasing responsibility, a building construction CM background as well as understanding other heavy construction. Position requires a BSCE and a PE is preferred.
