Responsibilities: Manage Quality Assurance staff of a construction site, work with clients, communicate clearly and effectively, and work with Primavera for construction scheduling. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in charge of projects. PE license in NJ required. Excellent communication skills. Must have highway, rail or facility experience.
