Candidate will provide technical and administrative assistance to the Managing Director and staff. Make recommendations to the Joint Venture on integrity monitoring issues. Execute technical integrity monitoring assignments and coordinate other assignments among the technical staff. Prepare reports and edit reports of others. Perform audits in support of Integrity Monitoring program. Assist in preparation of various reports to the Joint Venture. Assist in the preparation of monthly invoices. Provide technical service to the Joint Venture. Perform administrative duties for Managing Director. Assist in development of business in the greater NYC area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualified candidates will have 12-15 years of experience in commercial and high-rise building design and construction and Project Management/Construction Management. Candidate must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Architecture and a Masters Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
